Our front desk personnel will assist you to ensure your registration is complete.

Important information will be obtained such as your chief complaint, current medications, drug allergies, family history, as well as past medical and surgical history.
After your registration process is complete, you will be escorted to a private exam room by a medical professional to begin your medical exam, including checking your vital signs. Important information will be obtained such as your chief complaint, current medications, drug allergies, family history, as well as past medical and surgical history.
After the triage phase, your orthopedic provider will visit you to perform a complete exam. Our experts listen closely to your concerns, examine you, and will then implement a diagnostic plan, including possible x-rays.
After any testing is performed, the provider will make a diagnosis and explain carefully the recommended treatment plan. Once he or she is sure you are comfortable with the information shared, you will be directed back to our front desk for check out.
At check out, we will provide you with discharge information. This may include a detailed description of your diagnosis, important information regarding your condition, any prescriptions with instructions, and recommended follow-up care for you to take home. In addition, with your permission, we will share details of your Xpress Ortho Care encounter with your primary care physician and/or your orthopedic surgeon for easy coordination of your care.
We always recommended to follow up with your primary care Physician after any urgent care visit.
Once you’ve become an Xpress Ortho Care patient, you are part of our family so we continue to care about your health, even after you leave. Within 48 hours of your visit, you can expect to receive a follow-up call to see how you’re feeling within 48 hours of your Xpress Ortho Care visit.
